*Saturday, August 29th / 9-11am --- CHOIR AUDITIONS
*Wednesday, September 9th / 7-8:30pm --- WEDNESDAY REHEARSALS RESUME

Hi Choir!
*We do have rehearsal this Wednesday, 4/22. We have a new song this weekend, in addition to “You Lifted Me Out” from Easter, so practice is so important. :)
*We need as many of you there on Sunday as possible! Last Sunday, there were many we missed… only 22 people (2nd) & 25 people (3rd) in Choir. We’ve gotta keep the momentum from big weeks like Easter, so we need each one of you! If at all possible, please plan to sing this week & the weeks remaining thru May (remember, we take the summer off).
*Colors- Earth Tones
If you have any questions/comments, feel free to email me.
Thanks!

I am so proud of you all and the job you did last Sunday! You sounded killer and looked great. As we head into Easter, let's be praying into the weekend. Many came to Christ last Sunday and we all had a part to play in that. Thank you for setting up the Holy Spirit to come in and wreck people. God used you greatly and will continue to do so this next week with Easter here! Also, props to Jane for her beautiful violin work and extra credit for having to fix her mic third service. She was cool under pressure! Thanks, Jane!!
Love to you all! See you Thursday.

Hi Team!
This Sunday is Palm Sunday! J
Sean told me that everyone should know that you are doing “My Only Crown (Fairest Lord Jesus)” this weekend, 4/5. He also said that he talked about doing it all 3 services (in addition to doing that next week for Easter too). He also mentioned that you all talked about coming to rehearsal this Thursday night, 4/2, to go through “My Only Crown (Fairest Lord Jesus)”. If this is new news to any of you, I am sorry… but here are the details more concisely: & if at all possible, please come this Thursday!!
*Wednesday Practice- normal 7-8:30pm
*Thursday Practice- 7:15 - 8pm
*Sunday Practice- 7:15am (singing all 3 services)
*Colors: Red, Orange, Yellow & White… solids, no patterns…please although worship team can wear black (like usual)
àThe other request that we have is if people would be able to bring something to share for breakfast for this Sunday? We are providing breakfast for next week, so if everyone can bring a little something this week, that would help greatly!! As we have done before, please email me if you would like to bring one of the following: 1. Fruit / 2. Casserole / 3. Bread/Donuts/Rolls / 4. Juice / 5. Other

Hi Choir!
This Sunday, we are introducing 1 new song to the congregation: "Sing, Sing, Sing." It should be available on the website this week. So, please be listening to them!
This Sunday, we are also introducing our worship logo: REAL Worship. We are very excited about this! Because of this, we are asking that all the Choir would be in BLACK & WHITE. So, please pass the word!
We will have awesome REAL Worship coffee mugs available in the Resource Center (for $6) this Sunday & T-Shirts will be being ordered in the near future.

First of all, THANK YOU for singing in all the services this last week! HOME RUN!!! What a great addition you made in all the services, especially the 8 o'clock. All morning long you were off the charts and I am are very grateful.
It's been a good year. Not easy but good. I'm very thankful for each one of you. As I heard you share your hearts last week, it was encouraging to hear all that God has done in and through you all. My prayer for you is that you have a great summer break and get refreshed and renewed, ready to come back this fall with a new vigor. That is, except for the "Georges." If they have much more vigor, we may have to sedate them! :) We will definitely be expecting more videos!!
Please be talking choir up to others as we will look to have auditions in September.
Thanks for the life you all bring as you LIVE AND GIVE THE ABUNDANT KINGDOM LIFE!!

What a day yesterday! I'll have to say, in the 9 years I've directed choirs at Trinity, I've never felt more excitement than this Easter. I am so proud of every one of you. We had some that got sick last minute and others who left town, and yet you stepped it up and sang your hearts out! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Also, thank you to all who brought food on Sunday. What a feast! I now know where to go when I'm hungry and have no food. :)
Remember we have off this Wednesday night, 3/26. Enjoy your family and come back the following Wednesday to hear my new vision for our future. I think you'll be as excited as I am.
*We will be singing this Sunday, 3/30. Please come for 2nd & 3rd services and warm-ups @9am! (Colors are: potluck of colors... whatever you'd like to wear, within the dress code).

Happy New Year to each of you! Thanks for your love and support in 2007. Thanks for giving your lives away to the body of Christ at Trinity Church and for being a big part of ushering in the Holy Spirit weekly. I am blessed to work with you and serve alongside of you!
Be encouraged, God is doing good things and the best is yet to come. As you know, we are off for a couple of weeks and then will come together and get ready for Easter. I have a new energy (not in the weird new age way) but a new pep in my step. I've felt distant from you all and that is changing. Let's kick 2008 off with a new commitment to love our church and love one another as we prepare for one of most exciting time of the year...EASTER!!
Please continue to get the word out about choir. Let's build it big and strong!!
Love to you and your families!

I also want you to know that I am excited for the future of Trinity Church and the Trinity Worship Choir. I know we've lost individuals who are struggling right now and I pray someday they will return but for now, they are doing what they feel they need to do and I respect that. For those of you who have stayed and are on this journey for the long haul, God will honor your faithfulness to Him and Him alone. I'm honored to lead with you and God WILL grow this choir and form it to HIS desire. I'm excited for that!!
Tell your friends about choir! This is a great time to join as we approach the Easter season!!
My love to you all!

As you've heard by now, we are cancelling choir for the month of August and coming back together Sept. 12th. I'm sorry for the false start, however, August has turned out to be an incredibly busy month for me. I feel better about starting in September and going strong through Christmas. In the meantime, this is a great time for people you know to audition (please make sure they sing). I am working on a Saturday mass audition at the beginning of Sept. I will get a date to you very soon!
Thank you for understanding. I truly look forward to coming together again and gearing up for Christmas.

Sorry for the last minute change! There are many parents wanting to be in Forge tomorrow night for the Nicaragua service. Then I'm in Virginia next week and on vacation the week after that. That's three weeks we will be off. Just consider it a small break. Keep writing on the site and keep tabs on each other. It's good to keep the community happening. We are in process of planning a picnic and we will talk about that soon. Until then, enjoy the beautiful weather!!

Well, it's a few days now for my redness to fade, however, since that day, Joryn has healed up and Josiah and I have taken our bikes around the lake successfully. It has turned into the "father and son" thing to do. Even just riding around the neighborhood. Yes...spring is here and I love it!
As we look to a new year, please be praying about what God wants to do in our fellowship. I look forward to what God has in store for us all this year. Remember, if you know of people who should be in choir, let me know and get them to interview with me. I believe God wants to grow us this year in Spirit and in numbers.
See you soon!

You were missed greatly this last weekend. I hope it was a good break for you but I'm looking forward to you getting back in the saddle this weekend. Every time I needed the big vocal sound to come out I would turn around and be reminded that I gave you the week off! What was I thinking? :)) This weekend John Bevere will be here so be praying for God to do powerful things in all the services. Don't ever underestimate your role as worship leaders. You are vital to what goes on every week whether you are on stage or in the congregation.
I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Once again, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! It's an honor serving with you. Also, a great thanks to Mark Kruger for his leadership and Cathy Jones for getting to church like at 2 a.m. to make sure coffee is made! :))
See you NEXT WEEK!!

I look forward to this weekend with much anticipation. Remember 5 AM!!! I can't wait to see many of you that early!! :)) Please be preparing all week. Have your hearts ready and pray fervently that God would visit us in a great way and many would be redeemed and changed.

Please be praying for us as we continue to prepare for the move. If anyone would like to help in the process, please let Anna Marie know. The times of needed help are this Thursday night at 6pm. We will be loading up the moving truck at our current house. Then the next day, Friday, at 2pm we will be unloading the moving truck at the new house. Sorry to extend it to two days but that's the way it will work best with our schedule. I know many work in the day so peace but whoever can help, it would be much appreciated. Please let Anna Marie know just so we can have a head count.
You all are great!

I'm in North Carolina right now at a songwriter's conference. While I'm here, I am dreaming into this fall and what it's going to look like. Please be praying. Even though we are all excited, change is hard on everyone. As we get the worship choir involved on a more regular basis, we know the enemy won't like it. We'll be talking about it when choir starts meeting again.
Be reading to go with rehearsals again, Sept. 6!
Love to you all!

I'm still waiting to hear about this fall and when we will start to be involved on Sunday mornings on a regular basis. Until then, I would encourage you to be praying for us as a community. That God would fill us with his Holy Spirit and His annointing would follow us daily, even on our break through August!
Please be letting others know about choir and if they can sing, we want them!!
I love you all! Again, Happy 4th!! Remember, no choir this Wednesday.

Once again, thanks so much for your willingness to participate in the concert. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. You all sounded as good as the CD! Also, thanks for continuing to hold me up in prayer for Sunday mornings. It's a good feeling to know you are surrounded by people who support you and are willing to go to battle for you. We are looking at Sunday, July 23rd to sing next. Don't write it in pen yet. I need to confirm this date with the planning team but that's what we are thinking. Then we will take the month of August off along with the rest of the Wednesday night class. Aside from you missing choir tremendously, I'm hoping this is a restful time for us all as we gear up for the fall.
Lastly, as the heading says, we are still looking to increase the number of men in choir. I would also put sopranos in that same catagory. WE NEED SOPRANOS! Not to say we don't have a great soprano section because we do...we just need more! Now don't go snagging just anyone. They have to be able to sing but be thinking and keep your ears open!
Posted by: Sean Keith
We are going for it! We are doing a choir run through at 5:30 on Wednesday. Please don't be late or you will miss the soundcheck which will be very quick. We are providing pizza immediately after the soundcheck down in the choir room. The downstairs will most be blocked off for band and choir members only.
The song will be at the end of the concert so if you aren't planning on staying for the whole night, you won't want to come to soundcheck. Should be a great time! Please continue to pray for me as I have a lot going on and the stress is building. Thank you. See you all on Wednesday at 5:30. If it helps you to think of it as 5:00, you can be early. :) Also, remember to wear jeans with a black and/or white top. Anything is fine as long as it's appropriate.
Rock on!

I'm looking forward to this weekend with great anticipation! I know we have rehearsal tonight but I wanted to put a bug in all the men's ears. P. Les thought that everything was great this last weekend but the one thing he would change is the guy's white shirts. The ladies looked really nice in their colors but then the guys looked very plain. So I said, "what if we wore short sleeve shirts, untucked, with no tie! He said great! I say doubly great!! We will talk about it tonight but I just wanted you to know what was up.
See you all tonight!
Posted by: Sean Keith
I just want you to know how proud I am of you all. You sounded incredible last night and I know the Holy Spirit is going to move greatly this weekend! Men, remember you are wearing WHITE shirts with black pants and some kind of pastel or neutral tie. Ladies, please be modest and where skirts that are below the knee and shirts that don't show curvature. :) Thanks! You can also where black pants.
Remember, 7am sharp! We will have food for you. My apologies...I burned the Palm Sunday/Easter Sunday choir cds before I added "Hosanna" so it's not on the cd but you all got it right away last Thursday night at practice so I'm not concerned.
Remember, you are not just a choir...you are worship leaders so SMILE, SMILE, SMILE and worship with all of your hearts!!

Hopefully, you've all been contacted but just in case you haven't, choir practice is on for tonight! I know Russell Sage is speaking, however, after talking with P. Les, he is in total agreement that we need to have practice since we are so close to Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. This meeting with Russell was a last minute decision. It wasn't originally scheduled and it left me a bit bewildered when I heard about it. While I am all for it and excited for what God wants to deposit through Russell Sage, I am also wanting to be a good steward of our time and preparation for one of the biggest weekends of the year.
Therefore, here's what we will do...I know some of you are making plans to go to hear Russell Sage regardless of whether or not we have choir but I beg you...resist the temptation! :) We really do need you in choir. Here's what I am willing to do. We will start choir promptly at 7pm. We will work from 7-8. Then I will release you at 8 o'clock and for those of you who want to hear Russell can go then. You won't miss too much of his speaking and you will catch all of the ministry time, if there is any. Please hear my heart. I want you to be ministered to but I also want to be ready for this very important time and I believe this is a way we can do both.
Let me say this again, please, please, please, be at choir tonight. Let's not forget, God will bless our hard work and even when we feel like we are missing out on something else, God will honor your commitment you've made to the Trinity Worship Choir and you will see the fruit of your labor!
Thanks, all! I look forward to seeing you there tomorrow night at 7 sharp.

Also, please be praying for Carol Kruger. Carol was in choir years ago under P. Dave Collins' leadership and she was just diagnosed with the late stages of lung cancer. It has spread to her spine and they have given her six months to a year to live. Let's be praying for complete healing! Kelly and Rachel Kruger have both been in choir but are not at this point. However, if you see them please let them know you are praying.
I'm so grateful for you all. I'm looking forward to the PAR-TAY this Friday. Rock and roll! Thanks to Kathy Garvey and the gang for pulling it all together! I will look for my grass skirt and don't even tempt me to do the limbo!!
Love to you all!

Thanks again, all you who sang for me. I know it wasn't easy. Here's the results: Ali Lawler, Eva Hecht and Lori Bliss. If you are one who didn't get a part, please audition again. The next one could be yours!

Now, I've talked with some of you who wonder what's going to happen with choir and let me just say, there will be many changes in the area of increased growth and unity!! In other words, choir is going to be stronger than ever and I'm excited for the things God has in store for us. Bottom line...like it or not, you are stuck with me and I'm pumped about it! Woohoo!!
God is great and I have dreams and plans for us beyond expectations! I'm looking forward to Wednesday.
Love to you all!

I am realizing that there is so much here to read and after a while I start putting wrong faces with wrong names (i.e. amanda vs. amandalynn, etc.). Therefore, I love that some of you have typed little hints about who you are within your posts. Please continue to do so for a while so that we can all catch the vision of who you are. YESSSSS!!!
Have a great week everyone. See you next Wednesday!!
